What does a BANGS Team Leader do?

Bangs Team Leaders work to recruit a minimum of 4 students to form a Bangs Team on your campus. Bangs Teams work to create interesting and creative ways to spread the word about Bangs, our non-profit partners, and our common missions of sustainable development through empowerment and self-reliability.

Bangs Team Leaders must be confident self-starters with passion for helping others. Becoming a Bangs Team Leader connects you to a group of people across the country dedicated to creating positive, long term-change. 

Bangs Team Leader: Requirements

• Awareness about non-profits and sustainable enterprise
• High integration with the respective campus community
• Ability to plan and organize events and people
• Initiative to work freely and creatively to meet targeted goals
• Skills in creative thinking and problem solving
• An understanding of their university system, layout, and student body
