Our warehouse ships shoes Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm EST, pending holidays and weather. For same day processing, place your order by 11:00 AM EST.
We're bummed your BANGS Shoes didn't work out! But! We accept unworn or undamaged shoes within 30 days of your ship date.
To process a return fill out the form below, and (within 24 business hours!) a #liveBANGS help-center-rockstar will reply with a pre-paid return label to send your shoes back to our warehouse.
Your refund will be started within 24-48 hours of you initiating shipping back to our warehouse.
Refunds will include what you paid for your shoes minus a $7 re-stocking fee, excluding shipping. If you purchase an exchange pair before you return your original shoes, we'll waive the restocking fee!

Why do we handle exchanges like this?
We think the standard exchange process takes toooo long. Think about it...
You put your BANGS in the mail, wait 5-7 days for them to ship to our warehouse, wait 1-2 days for our warehouse to open your package, and then wait ANOTHER 5-7 days for your new BANGS to ship back to your house.
That's like 3-4 weeks in some cases... *weeps in corner*
But! If you return your shoes and then re-order a new pair, the new pair will leave our warehouse THAT day or the next business day!

- Please do not put your BANGS in the washing machine or dryer!
- We spot clean ours with soap, water, a cloth, and a bit of elbow grease.
- Also, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does ACTUAL magic. (You can usually buy these at grocery or convenience stores.)

If you just checked your tracking info, and it definitely looks like your kicks were delivered but can't find them anywhere... The Shipping companies get overwhelmed sometimes and can show delays on their 'note section' updates. It does not necessarily mean that something bad happened to your package, though, so do not fret!
If it does update, there may be a note like, 'left at side door" or something. Have you looked everywhere? Maybe they left them at a neighbors house?
