Return Policy

We hope you’re satisfied with your Bangs shoes! If something is amuck however, Bangs may be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date with an original receipt1. After 30 days, unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned in the original packaging containing a receipt showing the date of shipment.

All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

To begin the exchange process, you must send an e-mail to returns@bangsshoes.com containing the following information:

  1. Your name, address, and email address
  2. Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
  3. Your shipping addres
  4. Method of payment (through the website or campus representative?)
  5. A list of product(s) included in the shipment and why you are returning the product(s)(for example: changed your mind, defective, damaged in transit, etc.)
  6. If you would like an exchange, the new size of the product you would like in exchange for your return.
  7. After we receive your e-mail, you will then receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to reference your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE REFERENCE NUMBER IS WRITTEN AND VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE PACKAGE OF YOUR RETURN.

After your shoes meet inspection by our warehouse, you will receive a refund or an exchange!

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

1If receipt was issued digitally, you will need to print a copy and include it in the return package.
