Why did you join the BA Program? About a year ago I saw how dope the shoes were and after reading the mission statement for the company, I knew that this was something that I wanted to be a part of.
What is your favorite lesson from being in the BA Program? I've learned that by meeting genuine people, you create genuine experiences. The phrase "your adventure helps others find theirs" is definitely a chain reaction. I've been inspired by so many people who are a part of this company and I've gained such a new sense of independence and because of what I've learned through this, I can help others do the same.
WILDCARD STATEMENT: This company means the world to me and it's gotten me through some tough times. Before this program I didn't take many risks. I stayed within my jurisdiction because that is what I was comfortable with. After being in this program for over a year I've set goals for myself that I never thought I'd set.
I made plans to go hiking, visit new coffee shops every week, explore new towns with new friends, and create new relationships with people. The people involved in this program are creatively beautiful and authentic.
This program helps people grow in more ways than one and because this program has done so much for me, it is only right to do the very same thing for those to come: a chain reaction.
