This past weekend at the Brooklyn Bazaar was amazing.
BKB was officially our first NYC event. ( !!!! and shout out newbies.) We told our story too many times to count, got BANGS on more feet, learned a boatload, and had a blast.
Our booth was awesome (100% unbiased), which you can see it in the picture below.
BKB is two nights, and unfortunately Friday was still part of the 2014 winter vortex which wasn’t my favorite, but Saturday was legit gorgeous. After weeks of north pole temps, people were pumped for 50 degrees and the Bazaar was rocking!
The crowd, vendors, and BKB staff were phenomenal. To our right, a booth was set up from an awesome Record Shop (Empire Records anyone?). To our left, the ladies from A Wrecked Angle press were rocking out (scored a sweet handmade necklace, and diagonally behind us were the guys from Only Ones, an awesome t-shirt company.
The cherry on top of the entire magical experience was my Dad and big sis, Katie, showing up. Pretty much knocked the awesome radar off the charts because #family.
And if you didn’t come by last weekend, don’t worry! We’ll be at it again March 21st and 22nd. Look for us slanging shoes til sunrise / when the bazaar closes at 1am.
