Return or Exchange?
We're bummed your BANGS Shoes didn't work out! We accept returns on unworn or undamaged shoes in the original BANGS Shoes box within 30 days of your ship date. Shipping is non-refundable for returns and exchanges. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for: sale items, any shoes without the BANGS Shoes box, international orders, items orders via rewards points, all and for Swag items (shirts, socks, beanies, shoelaces, patches, stickers, postcards, etc.)
Exchanging? Carefully follow the steps below! We waive our restocking fee on all unworn shoe exchanges! Tra-llaaaa!
Returning? Refunds will include what you paid for your shoes minus a $7 re-stocking fee, excluding shipping.
Step 1: Submit a returns / exchange request!! (Please make sure to leave off the -1 on your order number!)
Step 2: You will immediately receive a pre-paid return label via email to send your shoes back to our warehouse.
Exchanges: Follow the return steps 1 and 2 noted above! Within 24 business hours after FedEx scans your package, you will find an email in your inbox with A BANGS GIFT CARD to cover the cost of the shoes you paid for!! Please note this does not include shipping. So you can just visit BANGSshoes.com/AdventureNow, order a new pair with your gift card and let those sweet BANGS Shoes rain down upon you!
Returns: After FedEx scans your package, in 5-10 business days you’ll see a refund in your account of the cost of the shoes less a $7 restocking fee and your original shipping charges.
Your refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of you dropping off your package at Fedex. Refunds will take 5-10 business days to post to your account, pending your bank.

We recommend ordering stickers when you order your shoes!! So you don't have to pay $5 shipping for each.
- Please do not put your BANGS in the washing machine or dryer!
- We spot clean ours with soap, water, a cloth, and a bit of elbow grease.
- Also, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does ACTUAL magic. (You can usually buy these at grocery or convenience stores.)

If you just checked your tracking info, and it definitely looks like your kicks were delivered but can't find them anywhere... The Shipping companies get overwhelmed sometimes and can show delays on their 'note section' updates. It does not necessarily mean that something bad happened to your package, though, so do not fret!
If it does update, there may be a note like, 'left at side door" or something. Have you looked everywhere? Maybe they left them at a neighbors house?

We've found that alllll shoes fit a little differently! BANGS Shoes run pretttyyyy true to size so order the size you wear the most!!
If you are “in between” sizes (unless you have a wide foot) we recommend that you order down a half size.

BANGS are everyday adventure lifestyle shoes made from ethically sourced canvas and rubber. Our shoes are built for exploring new cities, traversing to and from work or class, and to serve as a reminder that every moment can be a grand adventure. BANGS are not built for technical use so we do NOT recommend hiking in our shoes.
Some of our favorite hiking boots are made by Patagonia, Vasque, and Keen. Although we do recommend a pair of BANGS to change into after a long day on the trails. Stay safe and happy adventuring!
Q - How do I become a BANGS Rewards Member?
Joining BANGS Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. You'll get 25 points just for becoming a member! Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our ways to earn points. Each time you come back to our site, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.
Q - Can I get points for past purchases?
Rewards are only calculated from the time of signing in so we are unable to assign points from past purchases!
Q - Do my points expire?
Nope! The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don’t expire!
Q - How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
Q - How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend on the BANGS site and other ways outlined on the Rewards Page.
Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page.
You cannot earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards.
Q - Can I use points and a discount code together?
Our website only allows one code at a time so you cannot use points and a separate discount code at the same time.
Q - Can I return my rewards points?
Rewards points cannot be returned.
Q - Can I return items redeemed with my rewards points?
We do not accept returns of items redeemed by rewards points.
Q - How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can log into your Rewards Account, scroll to the “Redeem for Discounts” section and select the discount you would like to use! You will then be shown a discount code which you can code and paste into your cart at Checkout.
Discounts are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.
Q - I can’t log into my account! What do I do?
No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll get you sorted!
Q - Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you’re logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
Q - How do I update my profile to redeem my free birthday gift?
To redeem your free birthday gift in your birthday month, be sure to first update your profile! Then when your birthday month comes around (Happy Birthday!), you'll receive an email with a special link enclosed.
Be sure to shop our website via the link. Your free birthday gift will appear automatically in your cart at checkout. Please allow a few moments for it to load.

Q - I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, if your points are still not showing up -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and select “Rewards History” to confirm how many points you have!
Q - Are my codes transferable?
Codes ARE transferable. You can copy and paste any codes you’re shown and give to your friends! Keep in mind each code is a 1 time use code so if you share it, you will not be able to use it for yourself!
