Return or Exchange?

We're bummed your BANGS Shoes didn't work out! We accept unworn or undamaged shoes within 30 days of your ship date.

Exchanging? We offer free exchanges AND waive our restocking fee on all unworn shoes! Tra-llaaaa!

Returning? Refunds will include what you paid for your shoes minus a $7 re-stocking fee, excluding shipping.

Step 1: Submit a returns request!! (Please make sure to leave off the -1 on your order number!)

Step 2: You will immediately receive a pre-paid return label via email to send your shoes back to our warehouse.

Exchanges: Within 24 business hours after FedEx scans your package, you will find an email in your inbox with A BANGS GIFT CARD!! So you can just visit BANGSshoes.com/AdventureNow, order anew and let those sweet BANGS Shoes rain down upon you!

Returns: After FedEx scans your package, in 5-10 business days you’ll see a refund in your account of the cost of the shoes less a $7 restocking fee and your original shipping charges.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders and for Swag items (socks, beanies, shoelaces, patches, stickers, postcards, etc.) Your refund will be started within 24-48 hours of you initiating shipping back to our warehouse.

What is your daily order cut off time?

Our warehouse ships shoes Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm EST, pending holidays and weather. For same day processing, place your order by 2:00 PM EST.

Where can I get BANGS Shoes stickers?

You can order them here!

We recommend ordering stickers when you order your shoes!! So you don't have to pay $5 shipping for each.

How do I clean these babies?
  1. Please do not put your BANGS in the washing machine or dryer!
  2. We spot clean ours with soap, water, a cloth, and a bit of elbow grease.
  3. Also, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does ACTUAL magic. (You can usually buy these at grocery or convenience stores.)

Where did the name BANGS come from?

BANGS Shoes are inspired by shoes our Founder discovered while teaching English in China.

BANGS comes from the Mandarin character for "help".

Do you ship to PO Boxes??

Please use a street address whenever possible!! All PO Box, APO, DPO and FBO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is NOT available on these orders!

Can I use more than one discount code??

Ack! Only one discount code can be used at a time!!

My package has gone missing! HELP!!!

If you just checked your tracking info, and it definitely looks like your kicks were delivered but can't find them anywhere... The Shipping companies get overwhelmed sometimes and can show delays on their 'note section' updates. It does not necessarily mean that something bad happened to your package, though, so do not fret!

If it does update, there may be a note like, 'left at side door" or something. Have you looked everywhere? Maybe they left them at a neighbors house?

Do BANGS Shoes run true to size??

We've found that alllll shoes fit a little differently! BANGS Shoes run pretttyyyy true to size so order the size you wear the most!!

If you are “in between” sizes (unless you have a wide foot) we recommend that you order down a half size.

Are your shoes unisex?

They are!! We make our shoes to fit all genders!
