Return or Exchange?
We're bummed your BANGS Shoes didn't work out! We accept returns on unworn or undamaged shoes in the original BANGS Shoes box within 30 days of your ship date. Shipping is non-refundable for returns and exchanges. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for: sale items, any shoes without the BANGS Shoes box, international orders, all and for Swag items (shirts, socks, beanies, shoelaces, patches, stickers, postcards, etc.) Please also double (and triple!) check your mailing address! If an incorrect address is input and we are not notified with enough time to update before your shipment goes out, we will have to process your order like a normal exchange.
Exchanging? Carefully follow the steps below! We waive our restocking fee on all unworn shoe exchanges! Tra-llaaaa!
Returning? Refunds will include what you paid for your shoes minus a $7 re-stocking fee, excluding shipping.
Step 1: Submit a returns / exchange request!! (Please make sure to leave off the -1 on your order number!)
Step 2: You will immediately receive a pre-paid return label via email to send your shoes back to our warehouse.
Exchanges: Follow the return steps 1 and 2 noted above! Within 24 business hours after FedEx or USPS scans your package, you will find an email in your inbox with A BANGS GIFT CARD to cover the cost of the shoes you paid for!! Please note this does not include shipping. So you can just visit BANGSshoes.com/AdventureNow, order a new pair with your gift card and let those sweet BANGS Shoes rain down upon you!
Returns: After FedEx or USPS scans your package, in 5-10 business days you’ll see a refund in your account of the cost of the shoes less a $7 restocking fee and your original shipping charges.
Your refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of you dropping off your package at Fedex or USPS. Refunds will take 5-10 business days to post to your account, pending your bank.

We recommend ordering stickers when you order your shoes!! So you don't have to pay $5 shipping for each.
- Please do not put your BANGS in the washing machine or dryer!
- We spot clean ours with soap, water, a cloth, and a bit of elbow grease.
- Also, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does ACTUAL magic. (You can usually buy these at grocery or convenience stores.)

We can ship to PO Boxes with FedEx Smartpost ONLY. Please do NOT select FedEx Express shipping options if you are using a PO Box. All PO Box, APO, DPO and FBO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is NOT available on these orders!

If you just checked your tracking info, and it definitely looks like your kicks were delivered but can't find them anywhere... The Shipping companies get overwhelmed sometimes and can show delays on their 'note section' updates. It does not necessarily mean that something bad happened to your package, though, so do not fret!
If it does update, there may be a note like, 'left at side door" or something. Have you looked everywhere? Maybe they left them at a neighbors house?

We've found that alllll shoes fit a little differently! BANGS Shoes run pretttyyyy true to size so order the size you wear the most!!
If you are “in between” sizes (unless you have a wide foot) we recommend that you order down a half size.

BANGS are everyday adventure lifestyle shoes made from ethically sourced canvas and rubber. Our shoes are built for exploring new cities, traversing to and from work or class, and to serve as a reminder that every moment can be a grand adventure. BANGS are not built for technical use so we do NOT recommend hiking in our shoes.
Some of our favorite hiking boots are made by Patagonia, Vasque, and Keen. Although we do recommend a pair of BANGS to change into after a long day on the trails. Stay safe and happy adventuring!
Q - What is QuadPay?
QuadPay is a payment plan that allows you to pay for your purchases via 4 simple, interest-free installments. QuadPay empowers you to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.
Q - Why would you use QuadPay?
By paying the QuadPay way, you will only be paying 25% of that order day one, with 0% interest.
Q - Are there any fees?
There are no fees if you pay on time. We only charge a $7 fee on any installment that is seven days overdue. If after 14 days the account is still past due, then a one time $7 account fee is added.
Q - What information do you take from me?
For initial sign up we only need your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that we only need you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay. QuadPay is completely secure.
Q - Is there a limit as to how much I can spend with QuadPay?
QuadPay does not approve every order. Our automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether you are approved and what spend limit we can provide you with.
If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, there is a good chance you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer.
We also look at the total value of your order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits. Sometimes reducing the value of your order can help.
Q - How do I sign up?
You can sign up during the checkout process. For the initial sign up we will just need your date of birth, a mobile number and either a debit or credit card. You'll know if you are approved instantly!
Q - Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must: live in the US, be at least 18 years old, have a valid and verifiable mobile number, and use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase.
Q - Can I add another payment card to my account?
You can have as many cards on file as you’d like by logging in to your customer account at https://customer.quadpay.com/login.
Q - Will I be notified before I am charged for an installment?
We notify our customers via SMS and email ‘in advance’ of payments becoming due.
Q - Can I pay the balance of my installments early?
Of course. Just log into the Portal and choose the order you wish to pay early. https://customer.quadpay.com/login.
Q - When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is due at the time of your purchase. The next three payments are bi-weekly, over 6 weeks.
Q - What if I lose my card and cannot pay on time?
If for whatever reason you’re having an issue paying on time contact email@example.com.
You will be notified via text message or email of the upcoming charge. If the charge remains unpaid for seven days we will incur a $7 late fee on missing a scheduled payment with a further $7 added seven days after payment due so it’s important to notify QuadPay to avoid a late fee if you’re having trouble updating your payment.
Q - My order did not go through; why was I charged?
When an attempt at a purchase is made you will see that pending charge sit there. If the purchase is successful the charge will go through after ~24 hours.
If the purchase is not successful and you did not receive an order confirmation, then the charge will be removed from the account after ~24 hours.
Q - How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?
As soon as Quadpay is notified of the return, our customers are refunded the amount they’ve paid to-date and QuadPay cancels all future payments.
