Refund policy

We can process a return on any unworn shoes within 60 days of your order date. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any "FINAL SALE" shoes, international orders, and certain Swag items (socks, beanies, shoelaces, patches, stickers, postcards, etc.) Shipping is non-refundable for returns and exchanges.

Please check out www.bangsshoes.com/help to fill out our online return form. Within 3 business days you will receive a return label. Within 24-48 business hours of the package being dropped at a FedEx, we'll issue you a refund or store credit.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less our $7 restocking fee.

All items received by the BANGS Warehouse will be checked for quality. Please ensure any returns are unworn, unwashed, and in the condition which they arrived to you.
